The short version: Brie plans your baking week, you stay the boss, and waitlist bakers get in first.
A planning app made just for cottage bakers: the people selling home-baked goods at farmers markets and through custom orders. Brie pulls your orders and market days into one weekly plan: what to bake each day, what to buy at the store, and when to start so everything's fresh on time.
Home and cottage-licensed bakers of every kind, whether you're a Saturday-market regular, a custom-order baker, or both. If your current "system" is a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a lot of mental math, Brie was built for you.
We're putting on the finishing touches now. Waitlist bakers get invited first, and early bakers use Brie free while we perfect the recipe. Your feedback shapes what she becomes.
Two simple plans at launch: Rise ($12/month) with your whole back of house handled, and Sparkle ($24/month) which adds Ask Brie, your AI sous chef. Annual plans get two months free, every trial includes 30 days of everything, and founding bakers from the waitlist get 90 days free plus a locked founding rate ($10 and $20). And since Brie is a tool for your business, the subscription is typically a deductible business expense (ask your tax pro). Details on the pricing page.
Never. Money fields in Brie are always optional: you can plan, shop, and bake without entering a single price. If you do add ingredient prices, Brie unlocks nice extras like cost-per-batch and "am I making money on these cookies?" answers.
Yes! Brie is designed phone-first, because that's what's on the counter when your hands are covered in flour. She works in your browser and can be added to your home screen like a regular app. Tablets and laptops are lovely too.
No app store needed. Brie installs straight from your browser in about ten seconds:
iPhone & iPad: open Brie in Safari, tap the Share button (the square with the arrow), scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen.
Android: open Brie in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu in the corner, and tap Add to Home screen (on some phones it says Install app).
Either way, she gets her own icon and opens full-screen like any other app, ready for flour-dusted taps.
Your very own AI sous chef, the friendly character who guides the app and, as she learns your bakery, answers questions about it. Everything she offers is a suggestion you can change: quantities, plans, restocks. "Suggest, don't dictate" is her house rule.
Yes. Your recipes, orders, customers, and numbers belong to you and are only used to run your bakery inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Brie helps you plan and bake. She doesn't give legal advice. Cottage food rules vary by state, so always check your local requirements. (A good starting point is your state's health or agriculture department.)
Join the waitlist. It takes one email address, and we'll write to you the moment the ovens are warm.
